Drafted by famed Summit County design group Allen-Guerra Architecture, 9097’ Flats draws on a deep history of mountain design while taking bold steps forward to provide a fresh face for Frisco’s iconic Main Street. Outside a mix on materials create a dynamic façade, but once you step inside thoughtful touches abound at every corner to create a true mountain sanctuary.
The building sits atop a heated, underground garage where all homeowners will enjoy at least one spot and its adjoining storage locker. At ground level, retail spaces face Main Street and will provide small businesses invaluable retail space in this coveted location. Here you’ll find 9097’ Flats’ front door and its inviting, designer lobby.
